Alumni Registration 2022

Do you have a child you would like to register in the REFENS program? If so,
Reserve your registration spot online for Alumni Registration! 

1. Please be prepared to email all registration documents to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and e-transfer (Non-Refundable Membership Fee & Non-Refundable 10% Annual Tuition Deposit) during the virtual meeting. This process is new and will be explained further during the virtual registration meeting
2. If you are not there when your number is called, you will lose your spot in line and must wait until the end.
3. At 12pm on Feb 6/22, the “Reserve Spot” button will be activated. If the button is not activated on your screen then refresh your page. Click on the button to reserve your spot in the registration line. Reserving your spot is on a first come, first serve basis
4. Fill out the online form with the child’s name, parent’s name, class preference, a phone number and email. Please note you can only register 1 child per form.
5. Once you have completed the form click on the “Process Spot #” button. Once you have submitted the form you will see a confirmation screen that you have successfully reserved your registration spot.
6. There will be a ticket number associated with your confirmation, so you know what number you are in line to register.
7. You will receive an email with an attached PDF file confirming your registration spot number. If you do not see the email in your inbox, make sure you check your spam.
8. On Feb 7/22 @ 6:00pm the Virtual meeting room will open and registration will begin, starting with spot #1. You will be let into the meeting room when your reserve spot # has been selected.
