General Registration 2023

Do you have a child you would like to register in the REFENS program? If so,
Reserve your registration spot online for General Registration!

 

1. Under the “Forms” tab, please download the General Registration Package 2023-2024. Ensure that you can have it completed in its entirety before the General registration event on Monday, March 6, 2023.
2. Please be advised that the non-refundable membership fee and non-refundable 10% annual tuition deposit is due at the registration event.
3. At 12 PM on Sunday, March 5, 2023, the “Reserve Spot” button will be activated. If the button is not activated on your screen, refresh your page. Click on the button to reserve your spot in the registration line. Reserving your spot is on a first come, first served basis.
4. Fill out the online form with the child’s name, parent’s name, class preference, a phone number and email. Please note you can only register one child per form.
5. Once you have completed the form click on the “Process Spot #” button. Once you have submitted the form you will see a confirmation screen that you have successfully reserved your registration spot.
6. There will be a ticket number associated with your confirmation, so you know what number you are in line to register.
7. You will receive an email with an attached PDF file confirming your registration spot number. If you do not see the email in your inbox, make sure you check your spam.
8. On Monday, March 6, 2023 at 6:30 PM, attend the general registration event in our classroom (room 104) at Joseph Teres School (131 Sanford Fleming Rd). Registration will begin starting with spot #1. You must submit a completed registration package and payment for the deposit and membership fee at this time.
9. If you are not present when your number is called, you will lose your spot in line and must wait until the end.
